Descrição da Função

"ROLE: Supervise daily production to ensure targets, quality standards, and safety procedures within a food/supplement manufacturing environment. Coordinate production operators to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective measures when required. Plan production and maintain accurate documentation. Ensure materials are readily available for production activities. Report production results and issues to the Production Manager. Assist with the onboarding and training of new production employees. QUALIFICATIONS: Degree or technical training in Engineering, Industrial Management, Production, or similar area (preferred). Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments. Previous experience supervising teams (preferred). Strong organizational abilities and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a high-paced production environment. Good Excel skills and familiarity with technology. Strong sense of responsibility, leadership, and attention to detail.
