Duties and responsibilities As a Senior Cabinetmaker, you will be a key member of our team, leading the manufacturing of projects and ensuring that each product meets the highest quality standards. Your main tasks will include: Planning and management of resources, deadlines and quality standards. Coordination with the sales team to assess the feasibility of projects and propose efficient solutions. Supervision of fabrication and installation, ensuring optimal use of materials and cost-effective techniques. On-site troubleshooting and dealing directly with customers, ensuring their satisfaction at every stage. Collaboration with the design team, verifying that drawings and specifications are accurate and feasible. Requirements Qualified cabinet maker with a minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing for commercial or retail environments. Valid driver's license. Strong knowledge in the use of edgebanders, panel saws, hand routers and hand tools. Organization and attention to detail, with excellent communication skills in English. Proactive and decisive attitude, able to adapt to changing challenges and situations. Apply now!
