Kelly Sales & Office is recruiting a Marketing Specialist (m/f) for an electronics company located in S. João da Madeira. Responsabilities: * Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to support company objectives and drive brand awareness; * Create engaging and compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, website content, and advertising materials; * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, innovation & sustainability, and product design, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts; * Coordinate social media platforms, including content creation, posting schedules, and engagement strategies to increase followers and engagement; * Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences, and use insights to inform marketing strategies; * Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative and effective marketing solutions; * Coordinate company participation in exhibitions with external companies. Requirements: * Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field; * 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management; * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and communicate complex ideas effectively; * English Fluent - mandatory (B2 minimum). Spanish and French, preferable; * Strong knowledge in digital marketing tools and platforms; * Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving; * Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
