A Tosel nasceu em Portugal em 1973 como designer e fabricante de produtos decorativos, nominalmente de iluminação decorativa. Para criar Tosel, perpetuamos e promovemos o saber-fazer da nossa região trabalhando com materiais como o vidro, a cerâmica ou a madeira. Desde o início que os nossos produtos têm sido fabricados exclusivamente em Portugal. Acreditamos sempre na força e no valor da produção local junto dos nossos clientes. Ao longo dos anos de mais de 30 anos de experiência, priorizamos a utilização de matérias-primas e componentes de produção europeias (Portugal, Espanha, Itália, etc.). Assim, desenvolvemos e mantemos uma forte rede de parceiros que nos permite estar actualmente entre os últimos produtores europeus de iluminação decorativa.

Descrição da Função

As part of our development, we are recruiting a Marketplace Manager M/F. You will be in charge of marketing our range of products on Marketplace present in Portugal, France and Europe. Ambitious objectives and remuneration in line with the corresponding value profile. Reporting directly to the Managing Director with whom you will work on a daily basis, you are responsible for developing the business by bringing vision, a strategic dimension while being very pragmatic and operational. You will have all the keys to grow our business and meet our ambitions. You will be responsible for: · Account opening on new marketplaces · Management of our seller accounts · Develop sales - Marketing operation on marketplace · Improve the visibility of our offers and performance on marketplaces · Optimization, posting and modification of product sheets · Competitive intelligence · Implementation of advertising campaign on these platforms · Define and apply the commercial strategy to achieve the objectives, (promotions, destocking, special operations...) · Manage existing marketplaces by improving partnerships and opening new sales channels · Analyze KPIs to improve sales (C.A and Margin) · Perform sales forecasts You will participate with the team on: · Inventory management · Customer relations on different e-commerce platforms · Integrate and track orders on Marketplaces Required profile: · You are proactive in developing business on the internet. You master the back office of different marketplaces. Experience required You are autonomous, involved and serious Qualifications and mindset · Minimum level of training: Bac +2/3, Business school or specialized in digital marketing / e-commerce · A minimum of 2 years' experience in the world of web/E-commerce/digital and customer relations. · Mastery of the Office Pack (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc…), · Strong appetite for digital tools · Fluency in English and/ot French is mandatory · Good level in Spanish and/or Italian is a plus · Priority management, adaptability, rigor · Speed of understanding and execution · Versatility & dynamism, sense of responsibility Why join us ? · Join a Portuguese company with more than 40yrs, promoting local production, creating local employment. · You want to work on the development of a small business, with a good atmosphere between the team, almost like a family! · Job type: Full time, permanent contract (partial remote working possible
