Descrição da Função
HRB Solutions is currently in the process of recruiting for one of it’s clients, a research-based biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering, developing, and commercializing innovative medicines for life-threatening diseases. In line with its consolidation and growth strategy, our client is looking to recruit a Medical Scientist Associate. RESPONSIBILITIES As a Medical Scientist Associate, the selected candidate will assume full responsibility for all medical activities within the assigned territory and execute the field medical strategy under the guidance of our client’s Medical Scientist Lead. Main responsibilities include: - Support scientifically in the hospitals of the main Hemato-oncology Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in his/her region; - Disseminates scientific and clinical data about the client’s products, particularly those related with lymphoproliferative disorders and cell therapy to KOLs, healthcare professionals, academic institutions and payers; - Identify, map and develop KOLs in his/her assigned region; - Establishes strong scientific relationships with KOLs; - Responds to clinical inquiries in an accurate, unbiased, fair, balanced and timely fashion; - Develops and executes the Medical Affairs Plan of Action; - Utilizes scientific resources to deliver impactful presentation in a variety of settings; - Travels to appointments with KOLs, internal meetings and medical conferences in Portugal or abroad on a frequent and regular basis. QUALIFICATIONS - University degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Health Management, Biomedical Sciences, Biotechnology, Medicine or related majors; - Fluency in English and Portuguese, oral and written; - Previous experience in Medical Affairs departments of the pharmaceutical industry (mandatory); - Understanding of the patient journey across all care levels in the health system is highly desirable; - Excellent project management and organizational skills, including the management of multiple priorities and resources; - Capacity to develop and deliver high-quality presentations; - Excellent oral/written communication skills, dynamism, flexibility and responsibility; - Strong skills in terms of analysis, problem solving and interpersonal relationships; - Demonstrated ability to work remotely and independently.
