- Efficient and fast online recruitment process - 3000€ Signing bonus - Remote work in Portugal We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. About the project: Provide services for German-speaking business clients of Microsoft; an American multinational technology corporation headquartered in Redmond, Washington. It is also incorporated in Washington. Microsoft's best-known software products are the Windows line of operating systems, the Microsoft 365 suite of productivity applications, and the Edge web browser. Its flagship hardware products are the Xbox video game consoles and the Microsoft Surface lineup of touchscreen personal computers. What you will be doing: - Advice and support from Microsoft partner companies for questions about products and services; - Contact by telephone (inbound and outbound), as well as in writing via email or online chat; - Handling questions about Office 365, Windows 10 and other current Microsoft products; - Customer-oriented solution finding for all inquiries, but no sales; - Handling questions about registering as an MS partner, as well as status and plan changes. Requirements: - Fluency in German language (must be at least C1) - Communicative level of English language ( at least B2) - 1 year of previous experience in technical support/ system administration - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively What we offer: - full time contract - Remote work in Portugal - 3000€ Signing bonus - Salary without accommodation: 1741 euros gross / month - Salary with accommodation (discounted accommodation provided by the company in Lisbon) : 1551 euros gross / month CONTRACT: - Initial contract with a duration of 12 months, permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal) - Private health insurance after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance).
