Descrição da Função

Location: Full Remote Work (first 2 months on-site for onboarding)   Schedule: Monday - Friday: 08:30 - 17:30 (one-hour break) / flexible What we offer: Salary UP TO 1500 euros gross (fixed salary + meal card + performance bonuses); Work equipment; Discounts on our service for renting a car; Full remote position after onboarding period; International working environment; Opportunity to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced organization; Supportive and collaborative team culture; Special gift packages for employees at Easter and Christmas.    Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for national and international roles in a high-volume recruitment environment; Source candidates through multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and referrals; Proactively contact candidates via phone, WhatsApp, and email to present opportunities, schedule interviews, and follow up throughout the process; Conduct interviews and coordinate selection processes in collaboration with hiring managers; Ensure positive and professional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey; Communicate selection outcomes to candidates in a timely and transparent manner; Maintain and regularly update candidate and new-hire records in internal databases and recruitment systems; Support selected candidates with pre-employment requirements, including documentation, medical examinations, and appointment scheduling; Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment and relocation, such as arranging appointments, travel, and accommodation when required; Coordinate and support the onboarding process for new employees in cooperation with HR and relevant departments; Conduct exit interviews, collect feedback from departing employees, and provide insights to support employee retention and process improvement initiatives; Prepare and maintain accurate recruitment reports, tracking key hiring metrics and recruiting performance indicators.   Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition; Proven experience recruiting both locally and internationally; Advanced level of English and Portuguese (spoken and written); Comfortable making phone calls and engaging directly with candidates;  Strong interviewing, sourcing, and communication skills; Ability to work independently in a remote environment; Availability to work onsite for the first 2 months for induction and onboarding.   Why Klass Wagen?   Join us in shaping the future of Car Rentals!   A World of Opportunities: When you join Klass Wagen, you're not just an employee; you're a valued contributor to our vision of affordable and reliable transportation for all.
