Descrição da Função

Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile: Main Tasks and Responsibilities: * Govern L2 operational activities during the Europe shift, ensuring MuleSoft platform stability, SLA compliance, and resolution of complex incidents; * Perform platform troubleshooting, log analysis, and root cause investigation across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, OpenShift); * Execute operational runbooks, support deployments, releases, change implementations, and maintain automation scripts for repetitive tasks; * Document incidents, update knowledge bases, and drive operational reviews while supporting Flex Gateway setup and occasional out-of-hours activities. Profile: * Degree in Computer Science or similar; * Minimum of 3 years of experience in MuleSoft platform management and operations (non-development focus); * Solid hands-on expertise in MuleSoft Flex Gateway, Terraform, OpenShift, GitHub, and authentication protocols (OAuth, OpenID); * Strong background in multi-cloud basics (AWS, Azure), ITIL processes, Argo CI/CD; * Fluent English level (mandatory), both written and spoken; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and external providers in an international context; * Highly structured, proactive, and detail-oriented profile with strong troubleshooting ability and flexibility for hybrid work and occasional on-call support.
