Descrição da Função

COMPAN Y A financial institution specialized in home loans, with over 60 years of experience in the sector, offering clients comprehensive solutions for their home financing needs. CANDIDATE The successful candidate will be responsible for: - Update Information on Customers in Credit Default: - Identify the customers' actual family, professional and financial situation; - Assess customers' financial capacity; - Record updated information in the customer management system. - Manage Outstanding Debt: - Contact customers; - Recover the highest possible percentage of outstanding debt; - Prevent the deterioration of the credit default situation; - Propose payment instalment adjustments. - Renegotiate Financial Conditions: - Request documentation for the analysis of financial condition renegotiations; - Analyse the documentation provided and complete the renegotiation assessment form. PROFILE - Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade; - English proficiency (minimum B2 level); - Minimum 1 year of experience in roles related to credit default management, credit-related sales, or negotiation of financial conditions; - General knowledge of Credit Financing; - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
