Descrição da Função

Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile: Main Tasks and Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions and self-healing mechanisms using Python, PowerShell, or Shell scripting to streamline platform operations; * Manage MuleSoft integration platform capacity and performance, including utilization monitoring, growth forecasting, and resource optimization across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, OpenShift); * Drive continuous service improvement initiatives to enhance platform reliability, stability, and operational efficiency in an international context; * Produce technical documentation, automation runbooks, and capacity reports while supporting major incidents and service restoration activities when required. Profile: * Degree in Computer Science or similar; * Minimum of 5 years of experience in MuleSoft platform management and operations (non-development focus); * Solid hands-on expertise in MuleSoft Flex Gateway, Terraform, OpenShift, GitHub, ArgoCD, and API security protocols (OAuth, OpenID); * Proven experience in scripting and operational automation (Python, PowerShell, or Shell); * Solid background in multi-cloud basics (AWS, Azure) and ITIL processes; * Fluent English level (mandatory), both written and spoken (C1 level); * Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and technical synthesis skills to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment; * Highly autonomous, structured, and proactive profile with strong problem-solving capabilities and flexibility for hybrid work and occasional on-call support.
