We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. We have more than 150 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.

What will you do? - Design and implement scalable, high-performance backend services. - Build and deliver features following best-practice software development standards. - Ensure code reliability through automated testing and strong engineering practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and foster a high-performing environment. - Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and enhance engineering productivity. What are we looking for? At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset: - Proven experience of 4+ years in software development; - Strong coding skills in C# .NET and, preferably, Go; - Solid knowledge of Relational and non-relational databases (e.g., Aurora, DynamoDB, Redis); - Experience with cloud systems, specifically AWS and Azure; - Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (K8s); - Practical experience with AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot) in daily development workflows; - Alignment with our corporate culture and a commitment to integrity and ethics are highly valued; - Strong customer focus, teamwork, task prioritisation, and daily commitment are highly appreciated.
