Descrição da Função

Profile: - Strong experience with NetApp technologies, particularly ONTAP; - Proven experience in storage environments and infrastructure management; - Ability to handle onboarding and post-deployment activities; - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; - Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset; - Fluency in English and German (spoken and written). Responsibilities: - Perform and support NetApp OS (ONTAP) upgrade activities; - Lead and contribute to onboarding processes for new environments and customers; - Execute post-deployment activities, ensuring system stability and performance; - Provide advanced support for NetApp solutions and infrastructure; - Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure service quality; - Act as a technical reference point for NetApp-related topics.
