Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile: Main Tasks and Responsibilities: * Responsible for all incoming tickets and alerts * Ability to configure & troubleshoot network switches remotely including configuring AAA & EEM scripts as required * Continuously monitor network alerts for all regions and communicate status of network devices through ticket management and direct communication as required * Inspecting the logs of the switches and using Syslog messages * Check the status of tickets and update tickets as required * Scheduled changes and upgrades of the firewall cluster and prepare changes according to client’s Change Management process * Create work instructions to improve the change management process while following current work instructions and report changes as needed to the Global team to existing documents. An example would be upgrading the firewall version * Check the access procedure for the terminal you want to visit, as there is a switch with a possible faulty or fiber connection troubleshooting. Requirements: * English (C1), Spanish (plus) * Fortinet NSE4 certification with at least 3 years of experience. 1. Think about upgrading firewall clusters, changing firewall policies, implementing IPSEC and SSL and making packet captures using the firewall CLI. * Cisco CCNP certification with at least 5 years of experience. 1. Think about upgrading stacked switches, rolling out VTP, troubleshooting L2 issues, and adjusting access - lists remotely. * Cisco DNA, experience working with Cisco DNA to manage Cisco Wireless Controllers, Cisco Wireless Access Points, and Cisco Switches. * Experienced in working with incident and change procedures via (ITIL4 change management concepts). * Highly experienced in working with Cisco Switches, Cisco Wireless technology, Firewalls and Security terminology. * Experience in automation using API and EEM Scripts. * Experience with Zscaler technology is a plus. * Ability to write documentation (work instructions, technical project support documents and network design diagrams). * Excellent communication skills to work with end users as necessary.
