Tasks and Responsibilities Description: - Design and implement security architectures for the organization’s computer networks. - Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to protect the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information. - Conduct security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and propose mitigation strategies. - Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the secure design and development of networks. - Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies. - Provide guidance and training to staff on network security best practices. Profile Description: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Network Security Architect or similar role. - Strong knowledge of network security principles and practices. - Familiarity with various network and host-based security applications and tools, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, and encryption technologies. - Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) security designs. - Familiarity with industry compliance and security standards including, NIST CSF, NIST SP800-53, QNRCS, NIS 2.0, OWASP, CIS Controls, Mitre Att&ck and ISO 27000 series. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
