Content Reviewer (M/F) – Norwegian Speakers ManpowerGroup Portugal is searching for Norwegian Speakers for Content Reviewer position for one prestigious Technology Client who runs a Multilingual Website Support Center in Lisbon. Required Skills: - Work with an online tool and validate accuracy of data displaying on certain websites; - Make decisions as to what course of action needs to be taken to ensure correct information is displayed; - Professional experience in revision and editing of texts, digital content analysis (preferential); - Solid Computer skills; - Native or Fluent in Norwegian; - Good level of English (spoken and written); - Ability to work under pressure; - Good communication skills; - Interpersonal relationship and teamwork. Responsibilities: - Makes effective decisions within his/her ability; - Review posts and classify according to policy; - Provide insights and trends on content reviewed; - Provide feedback and suggestions on review process and workflows; - Provide suggestions for product innovation; - General data entry related tasks. Terms and Conditions: - Full-time role on a 40 hour per week contract; - Availability to work rotating shifts.
