We are looking for an Operations Manager fluent in English for a client in the Porto area. Responsibilities: - Managing the team and ensuring the development and growth of its employees; - Maintaining continuous communication with the client to negotiate agreements, measuring and ensuring customer satisfaction; - Carrying out qualitative and quantitative analysis, with proposals for improving processes and structure in terms of human, technological and organizational resources; - Control planned activities by detecting deviations and implementing procedures and actions with the aim of increasing individual and team performance levels; - Organize the current and future operational structure, with precise forecasts and assignment of defined responsibilities; - Control and monitor the invoicing of services, staff costs and suppliers, ensuring compliance with the procedures established for this purpose; - Meet the annual budget and ensure profitability; - Ensuring a correct annual forecast. You need to be: Fluent in English (at least a C1 level) and good knowledge of French/Italian/German/Spanish; Minimum Studies: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or similar; Knowledge of customer management; Previous experience in Contact Center or Sales.
