Descrição da Função

Profile: - Minimum 5 years of professional experience working with Oracle SCM / ERP solutions; - Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM across full lifecycle implementations, rollouts, and Application Management Services (AMS / L2/L3 support); - Deep knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain processes, including Order-to-Cash (O2C), Plan-to-Produce (P2P), Inventory-to-Fulfillment, and Supply Chain Planning; - Solid expertise configuring and optimizing core Oracle Fusion SCM modules across Inventory Management, Order Management, Manufacturing, Supply Planning, Demand Management, Product Management, Cost Management, Maintenance, Shipping, and Logistics; - Good understanding of functional integration between SCM, Procurement, Finance, and external logistics/WMS/manufacturing systems; - Demonstrated ability to conduct fit-gap analysis, run functional workshops with Operations stakeholders, and prepare functional specifications for integrations, reports, and data migration; - Experience assessing quarterly Oracle Fusion Cloud release updates, conducting impact assessments, regression testing, and feature adoption; - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills within international, distributed teams; - Fluent English (written and spoken) is required; - Valued Differentiators: Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM certifications, experience with OTBI/BI Publisher reporting, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ITIL practices/ITSM tools, or neighboring modules (Procurement, Financials). Responsibilities: - Lead functional activities for end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementations, rollouts, and process enhancements; - Gather business requirements, conduct functional workshops with Supply Chain and Operations stakeholders, and perform fit-to-standard / fit-gap assessments; - Configure Oracle SCM modules and prepare functional specifications for technical teams (integrations, reports, data loads); - Provide L2/L3 functional support under AMS, performing root-cause analysis, resolving incidents within SLAs, and managing change requests; - Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT), cutover, go-live, hypercare, and manage quarterly Oracle Fusion release update adoption; - Drive continuous process optimization, automation, and user enablement across supply chain operations.
