We're looking for an Order-to-Cash Senior Project Specialist for a leading multinational company in the chemical industry with a hybrid work model. This opportunity is part of the company’s transformation journey, focused on strengthening its Order to Cash team in Portugal. As an Order-to-Cash Senior Project Specialist, you’ll support customer service teams and sales by driving process optimization, supporting tool implementation, and ensuring smooth business continuity. This is a dynamic role that combines hands-on operational support with project coordination responsibilities. Your main responsibilities will include: Contributing to the design and implementation of the Lead to Cash project within the new ERP (SAP S/4HANA) transformation; Participating in cross-functional initiatives to improve processes and systems; Supporting the deployment of new tools and operational solutions; Providing backup support to team members when needed; Gaining expertise in key areas such as Customer Operations, Order Management, Data, Pricing, and Trade Compliance; Ensuring proper risk management and compliance with internal policies.

Perfil

• A degree or equivalent qualification in International Business, Supply Chain, or a related field;
• At least 4 years of experience in customer service, operations, supply chain, or shared services (SSC) environments;
• Project management skills or experience in leading initiatives;
• Familiarity with SAP systems (preferred);
• Interest or experience in emerging technologies such as AI, RPA, or analytics;
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English - knowledge of Italian, German or French is highly valued.
