Descrição da Função

"ROLE: Design and implement the company’s Annual Learning & Development Plan Coordinate training programs delivered in-person, online or hybrid Oversee the e-learning platform and evaluate learning performance data Develop and maintain training materials including presentations, manuals and workshops Lead internal engagement initiatives and team-building activities Support onboarding processes, performance management and succession planning Ensure HR practices comply with labor regulations and internal procedures Monitor training KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement Provide expertise and guidance on talent development initiatives QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Management or similar field 3–5 years of experience in learning and development or talent management Experience in training design, HR development strategy and event coordination Strong planning, analytical and strategic thinking abilities Excellent communication and facilitation skills Proactive, results-oriented and collaborative profile Ability to influence managers and support employees across the organization OFFER: Opportunity to shape talent development within a scaling organization Fast-paced and collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional growth and career progression Employee benefits including discounts, health insurance and gym membership On-site position located in Cacém – Sintra Zumub welcomes applications from all qualified professionals and supports equal opportunities."
