We are hiring People Services Associate Fluent in French (C1) & English (B1/B2) Our People Services team is expanding, and we are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented professional to support our contract management and onboarding processes. If you enjoy working with people, ensuring smooth workflows, and providing an outstanding onboarding experience, this role is perfect for you! About the Role As a People Services Associate, you will guide new employees through the entire administrative process, from contract preparation to their first day. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and a welcoming experience for every new joiner. Main Responsibilities Contract Management Ensure the accurate preparation, review, and execution of employment contracts for new hires. Onboarding Validation Validate all onboarding documents and processes to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Administrative Support Provide comprehensive administrative support to new employees throughout the onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Process Coordination Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth transition for new employees, facilitating communication and collaboration. Feedback Collection Gather feedback from new employees about their onboarding experience to continuously improve the process. Goal Achievement Aim to create a welcoming and efficient onboarding experience that sets young employees up for success in their new positions. Key Skills & Competencies Attention to detail and strong accuracy in administrative tasks Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong organizational skills and time-management abilities Interpersonal skills, with the ability to support and guide new hires Proactive mindset, able to anticipate needs and take initiative Adaptability, comfortable in changing and fast-paced environments Problem-solving skills to address and resolve onboarding issues Contract Drafting & Management Electronic Signature Tools (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign) Document Management Systems (DMS) Policies and Procedures Development Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, International Relations, or related fields French C1 mandatory English B1/B2 mandatory Experience in administrative or HR support roles is a plus What We Offer A supportive and collaborative work environment Continuous learning and development opportunities Career growth within HR and People Services
