Descrição da Função

"ROLE: Campaign Support & Execution: Assist in the setup, management and continuous optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, etc. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (CPC, ROAS, CTR, conversions, etc.) and support the team with dashboards and regular reporting to facilitate data-driven decisions. Market & Competitor Research: Support research into trends, competitors, and keywords to uncover opportunities and help optimize advertising strategies. Creative & Copy Coordination: Partner with design and content teams to assist in the development and testing of creatives, ad copy, and landing pages adapted to different platforms and audiences. QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science or similar (preferred) Previous experience or knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads or Amazon Ads (2 years required) Strong interest in digital marketing and eagerness to grow in performance marketing Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail Fluent in Portuguese and Independent in English Real team-player - Self-driven, proactive and responsible Good organizational skills OFFER: A dynamic and challenging environment with opportunities for learning, advancement, and professional growth; Salary commensurate with demonstrated experience; Employee discounts, health insurance, and other benefits.
