Descrição da Função

"ROLE: Campaign Support & Execution: Help launch, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon Ads, and TikTok Ads. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Follow performance metrics (CPC, ROAS, CTR, conversions, etc.) and contribute to the team's performance dashboards and regular reporting to inform data-driven decisions. Market & Competitor Research: Contribute to research into trends, competitors, and keywords, identifying new opportunities and helping enhance advertising strategies for maximum efficiency. Creative & Copy Coordination: Coordinate with design and content teams to support the creation and testing of creatives, ad copy, and landing pages suited to different platforms and audiences. QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science, or similar fields (desirable) Previous experience or knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Amazon Ads (a minimum of 2 years is required) A strong interest in digital marketing and a drive to progress in performance marketing Good analytical skills and close attention to detail Native-level command of Portuguese and independent use of English A genuine team-oriented approach, combined with self-reliance, proactivity, and responsibility Sound organizational abilities OFFER: Compensation and Performance: attractive salary reflecting experience, meal allowance, twice-yearly performance reviews with opportunities for career progression, and bonuses.
