Descrição da Função

"ROLE: Campaign Support & Execution: Support the setup, management, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (CPC, ROAS, CTR, conversions, etc.) and assist with performance dashboards and regular reporting to support data-driven decision-making. Market & Competitor Research: Analyse market trends, competitors, and keywords to identify new opportunities and contribute to the refinement of advertising strategies for greater efficiency. Creative & Copy Coordination: Work alongside design and content teams to support the creation and testing of visual assets, ad copy, and landing pages adapted to different platforms and audiences. QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science, or a related field (preferred); Minimum 2 years of experience or knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Amazon Ads; Strong interest in digital marketing and motivation to develop within performance marketing; Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail; Fluent in Portuguese and independent in English; Strong team player, with an autonomous, proactive, and responsible approach; Good organizational and planning skills.
