Descrição da Função

Profile: - At least 5 years of professional experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or cloud-native environments; - Proven experience designing and operating internal developer platforms, ideally leveraging Backstage or similar frameworks; - Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform); - Solid understanding of modern CI/CD practices, GitOps methodologies, and software delivery automation; - Experience with monitoring, logging, and incident management practices; - Good knowledge of cloud-native architectures and distributed systems; - Understanding of security principles applied to platform engineering; - Client-facing mindset with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders; - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, reliability-driven approach; - Fluency in Portuguese and English. Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and evolve a scalable internal developer platform to enhance engineering productivity; - Build and maintain self-service capabilities using Backstage and supporting platform engineering tools; - Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows to ensure efficient, reliable deployments; - Integrate and manage container orchestration solutions (Kubernetes, Docker) within the platform ecosystem; - Implement Infrastructure as Code standards to ensure consistency, scalability, and maintainability; - Embed observability, monitoring, and logging practices into platform services; - Apply SRE principles to improve system reliability, resilience, and operational excellence; - Ensure security best practices are incorporated across platform components; - Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver robust, developer-friendly solutions; - Contribute to automation initiatives that reduce manual intervention and increase platform efficiency.
