Descrição da Função

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile: Main Tasks and Responsibilities: * Define and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for retail solutions, aligned with business and operational goals; * Collaborate with engineering teams in the evolution and modernization of platforms and tools; * Translate store and operational needs into clear product direction and priorities; * Act as the bridge between store operations, business stakeholders and technology teams; * Drive product decisions focused on improving store efficiency and user experience. Requirements: * Degree in Computer Science or similar; * Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management (preferably in retail environments); * Solid understanding of modern architectures (cloud native, APIs, microservices, event-driven); * Experience with retail store operations or large-scale operational contexts is a strong plus; * Analytical skills, problem-solving ability; * Immediate availability will be valued.
