Descrição da Função

"ROLE: Efficiently manage the flow of incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring inventory accuracy and stock reliability. Develop and implement inventory optimization strategies to improve stock efficiency and availability. Coordinate administrative activities related to purchasing and inventory management, including product creation, order placement and invoice validation. Ensure full order lifecycle control from purchase order creation through to warehouse reception. Monitor and maintain inventory management systems and data accuracy. Track service levels and stock turnover performance indicators. Optimize purchasing decisions to prevent stock shortages and reduce inventory holding days. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stock integrity and support operational requirements. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field. 1 to 3 years of experience in similar roles (preferred). Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in service level monitoring and inventory control. Experience negotiating with suppliers. Fluency in English (mandatory).
