Descrição da Função

"ROLE: Efficiently manage the flow of incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring accuracy in stock levels. Develop and implement strategies for improving inventory efficiency. Coordinate administrative activities related to the role, including product creation, order placement, and invoice validation. Ensure full control of the order lifecycle from creation to arrival at the warehouse. Monitor and maintain inventory management systems. Control service levels and stock turnover. Ensure optimized purchasing decisions, avoiding stock shortages and reducing inventory days. Collaborate with other teams to ensure stock integrity and support operational requirements. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field. 1 to 3 years of experience in similar positions (preferred). Analytical skills for interpreting stock data and advanced Excel proficiency. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in service level management. Previous experience negotiating with suppliers. Fluency in English (mandatory).
