Job Type: Permanent Workplace: Hybrid - up to 2 times a month at the office in Coimbra Salary: Negotiable Are you a technical expert on the hunt for a new challenge? Kelly Technology is currently recruiting a Product Manager (m/f/d) to directly integrate our client. Key qualifications: * Degree in Electrical Engineering, IT or similar; * 2+ years of experience in IT-based product management: * good understanding of Jira and Figma; * knowledge of the electric grid, and the various components; * knowledge of Smart Meters, PV inverters and EV charging principles and equipment. Nice to have: * Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban); * Familiar with Microservices concepts and architecture, API Gateways, API composition, etc. Personal: * Independent and self-motivated; * Proven track record of always learning and growing; * Proactive attitude; * Possess a spirit of generosity and teamwork; * Fluent in English, written and spoken. Your typical day You will be part of the Product team responsible for analysing client needs and expectations. You will define Initiatives, Features, EPICs and User Stories, together with our Engineering teams. You will manage New Features integration with the core product and managing the validation of each New Feature with the client. In you journey you will contribute to: * Product roadmap management * Initiatives Vision and Job-to-be Done * Define the Product priorities per quarter and per Sprint * Manage integrations from different teams to complete a Feature * Presenting/Demoing Features * Validate new features with the Client, together with the Key Account manager Benefits * Possibility to work remotely most of the time. * Get the chance to work in a startup that is growing quickly to become a leader in its market. * Get a share of the company's stock options.
