Descrição da Função

IT House is looking for a Product Owner - Marketing & Sales Data for one of our clients in the logistics sector. Key Responsibilities - Own the business responsibility for the group-wide Marketing & Sales Data Product across the entire customer journey, from campaigns and leads, new customers, revenue, and profitability; - Define, develop, and prioritize the product roadmap in close cooperation with Marketing, Sales, Analytics, and Management; - Develop and harmonize key metrics such as lead conversion, Customer Acquisition Cost, Return on Marketing Investment, and other marketing and sales KPIs; - Work closely with Germany, Austria, and other GLS countries to establish a group-wide standard for marketing and sales data; - Define business requirements, data standards, and data governance guidelines within the data mesh approach; - Support and enable business departments to use the data product and make data-driven decisions. Profile - Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; - Several years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Data Product Owner, or in similar roles; - Strong understanding of marketing, sales, and CRM processes; - Experience with data products, analytics, and business intelligence solutions. - Knowledge of modern data warehouse and cloud technologies, preferably Snowflake; - Proficient in SQL, data modeling, and data quality frameworks; - Ability to translate business requirements into data-driven reporting and analytics solutions; - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; - Structured, proactive, and strategic approach to work; - Excellent English communication skills.
