Descrição da Função

IT House is looking for a Product Owner for a client in the insurance sector. Responsibilities - Define, manage, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring the continuous delivery of high-value features that meet business and customer needs; - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Development, Design, and business stakeholders, to translate business requirements into clear and actionable user stories; - Gather, analyze, and incorporate customer feedback to refine the product vision and roadmap; - Ensure the product backlog is well-organized, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives and strategic priorities; - Facilitate product planning and release activities, including Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives; - Monitor product progress, identify risks and dependencies, and provide regular updates to the leadership team; - Work collaboratively with delivery teams to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered on time and in line with business expectations; - Promote Agile best practices and product management principles throughout the product development lifecycle. Profile - Academic background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related domain; - Proven experience with Agile methodologies and product management best practices; - Proven experience working as a Product Owner; - Experience using product management tools and techniques; - Experience gathering and analyzing customer feedback to drive product improvements; - Ability to communicate product progress, risks, and dependencies effectively to leadership and key stakeholders; - Professional proficiency in English is mandatory.
