Descrição da Função

Profile: - Proven experience as a Product Owner in Agile environments (Scrum); - Mandatory fluency in French and English; Strong general IT knowledge, including protocols, APIs, and networking fundamentals; - Expert-level adoption of Agile methodologies, Jira management, and user-centric approach; - Strong soft skills in communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management; - Decisive, outcome-focused, and capable of driving change, adoption, and user training. Responsibilities: - Collect, centralize, and define clear, comprehensive business needs and functional specifications; - Build, maintain, and execute the product roadmap while prioritizing the backlog in Jira; - Lead standard Agile ceremonies and plan developments; - Test and validate delivered developments, features, and system enhancements; - Drive user adoption through functional documentation, training, communication, and ongoing support; - Monitor value realization through KPIs and ensure overall application stability in run mode.
