THE ROLE We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Quality Manager to support product excellence across the entire lifecycle. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to drive quality, improve processes, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities • Working with Product, Sales and Customer Experience teams to ensure quality throughout the product lifecycle, improvement efforts to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction; • Lead defect analysis and manage corrective/preventive actions; • Define and monitor supplier quality standards, ensuring accountability and transparency; • Manage third-party testing and in-house sample validation for technical accuracy and mass production consistency; • Support supplier sourcing and approvals alongside the Product & Buying teams; • Ensure compliance with country legislation and internal quality requirements; • Develop/update quality control documentation, including quality standards, and procedures; • Maintain and update quality documentation, procedures, and control standards; • Manage Root cause analysis process for product/supplier non-conformance; • Analyse product complaints and coordinate with suppliers to drive timely and effective resolution of non-conformities; • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Experience teams to communicate complaint resolutions and deliver effective, customer-focused solutions. Requirements & Profile: • University degree; • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles, in retail area (fashion or décor preferred); • Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish; • Planning, organizational and task prioritization skills; • Autonomy and time management skills; • Excellent communication and persuasive abilities; • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with adaptability to different stakeholders and contexts; • Analytical mindset with accuracy and attention to detail; • Results-oriented and problem-solving skills; • Retail Lover.
