Descrição da Função

Profile: - Solid experience as a senior Backend Developer/Tech Lead in complex B2B platforms or products; - Strong command of DDD, service decomposition, and distributed architecture design; - Experience in API design, contract definition, and schemas; - Solid knowledge of event-driven architectures with Kafka; - Experience with Spring Boot and cloud-native architectures; - Knowledge of data modeling and migrations in MongoDB and/or MySQL; - Experience in non-functionals: resilience, performance, observability, and SLOs; - Knowledge of security, identity, and authorization in multi-tenant environments; - Clear communication skills and focus on written technical documentation (ADRs, HLA, sequence diagrams); - Fluency in English. Responsibilities: - Lead the technical design and evolution of a services-first, scalable, event-driven platform; - Conduct design reviews and ensure architectural consistency between services; - Translate complex business requirements into reusable building blocks; - Define and maintain technical standards, including ADRs, API contracts, observability, and best practices; - Design and implement solutions based on Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and service decomposition; - Work with Kafka-based architectures (EDA), ensuring resilience and compliance with SLOs; - Ensure best practices for security, identity, and multi-tenant authorization; - Collaborate closely with product and technical stakeholders in enterprise contexts.
