Descrição da Função

"ROLE: Manage daily production operations ensuring quality standards, safety procedures and production targets are achieved Coordinate production operators to maintain efficient workflow and productivity Track performance metrics, identify bottlenecks and implement corrective measures Plan production activities and maintain accurate operational records Ensure the availability of materials required for production Report production results and operational issues to the Production Manager Assist in training and onboarding new members of the production team QUALIFICATIONS: Academic or technical background in Engineering, Industrial Management, Production or similar field Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments Previous experience supervising teams is a plus Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work efficiently in high-paced production environments Good Excel skills and comfort working with digital systems Strong leadership mindset with attention to detail and responsibility OFFER: Opportunity to have a meaningful impact in a rapidly expanding startup Dynamic and collaborative working environment Flexible working schedule and hybrid possibility after training period Benefits including employee discounts, health insurance and gym access On-site position in Cacém – Sintra Zumub welcomes applications from all qualified professionals and supports equal opportunities."
