Descrição da Função

"ROLE: Supervise day-to-day production to meet targets, quality standards, and safety procedures in a food/supplement manufacturing environment. Guide production operators to ensure efficient daily operations. Monitor performance, detect bottlenecks, and carry out corrective measures when required. Schedule production and maintain accurate documentation. Ensure materials are readily available for production activities. Report production results and issues to the Production Manager. Assist in the onboarding and training of new production team members. QUALIFICATIONS: Degree or technical training in Engineering, Industrial Management, Production, or a similar area (preferred). Experience working in manufacturing/industrial environments. Previous experience leading or supervising teams (preferred). Strong organizational skills and problem-solving ability. Ability to thrive in a high-paced production environment. Good Excel skills and familiarity with technology. Strong sense of responsibility, leadership, and attention to detail.
