Descrição da Função

"ROLE: Oversee daily production to meet targets, quality standards, and safety procedures in a food/supplement manufacturing environment. Coordinate production operators to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Track performance, identify bottlenecks, and apply corrective measures when necessary. Plan production and keep accurate records. Make sure materials are available for production activities. Report production results and issues to the Production Manager. Support the onboarding and training of new production employees. QUALIFICATIONS: Degree or technical training in Engineering, Industrial Management, Production, or a related field (preferred). Experience in manufacturing/industrial settings. Prior experience supervising teams (preferred). Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Good Excel skills and familiarity with technology. Strong sense of responsibility, leadership, and attention to detail.
