Procuramos para uma empresa nossa cliente em Lisboa um Product/Project Management, para trabalhar em regime hibrido em Lisboa. O candidato, se for estrangeiro, tem que estar legalizado para trabalhar em Portugal (já com visto de trabalho ou atestado de residência) e estar disponível para trabalhar como Contrater, ou seja, ter a sua própria empresa para facturar à nossa empresa, os dias trabalhados em mês. A descrição da função é a seguinte: We are seeking a Project Manager to lead significant digital transformation initiatives within the Data Analytics domain. These projects focus on delivering integrated, agile, and flexible top-tier tools. The primary objective will be to establish a Data Warehouse (DW) for efficient data storage, retrieval, and analysis. Additionally, the Project Manager will implement Supervisory Technology to digitize reporting and regulatory processes, enhancing risk and compliance monitoring in the financial sector. Role and Responsibilities: Establish project governance for managing 1 to 3 projects. Oversee project delivery, including client and team coordination (up to 7 members). Ensure adherence to project methodologies. Monitor, review, and report on project progress. Assist the team in resolving issues and removing obstacles, escalating to the project board when necessary. Engage with the project board and represent the board during steering meetings. Manage project scope, budget, and resources. Methodology: Agile/SCRUM Agile Analytics Data-Driven Design Tech Stack (nice to have): Microsoft BU Stack (SSIS, SSAS, SQL, SSRS) Azure Synapse cloud PowerBI Required Competencies: Over 5 years of experience, with at least 1 year in IT project management. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Ability to identify business opportunities relevant to client work. Strong written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese and English). Willingness to travel (fly-in and fly-out). Preferred Competencies: Experience in the banking sector. Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with various stakeholders (customers, management team). Academic background in IT. Ability to anticipate and mitigate risks.
