Descrição We’re hiring a Project Finance Controller for a company in the automation and building technical management sector. Responsabilidades - Responsible for recording and control of transactions of General Ledger; - Accurate record of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payables, Cash & Banks; - Execution of month/year-end closing activities and reconciliations, ensuring the accuracy of Closing and Reporting; - Preparation and presentation of local taxes and knowledge of international tax regulations; - Controlling projects profitability through reports to be reviewed by Project Managers; - The person will participate in the integration project of an acquired company and provide support in project controlling through the following points: Financial control of the projects’ execution (costs and revenues) and deviations analysis; Ensure the correct allocation of costs to the project; Support the Project Managers to understand their responsibility for the control and profitability of the projects; Develop and apply internal controls to ensure maximum reliability of the company's; Reporting the conclusions of project controlling to Portuguese Management and Financial team; etc. Requisitos - Bachelor in Business Administration / Economics; - Excellent oral and written communication in English; - Accounting certification (TOC); - Regular trips between Oeiras (Lisbon) and Leiria; Occasionally, international trips.
