Descrição da Função

Responsibilities: Facilitate the planning, scheduling, and tracking of project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Provide support and guidance on project management processes, procedures, tools, and techniques. Assist project managers and teams in the implementation of the PMO processes and systems. Develop and maintain project documentation, plans, and reports related to project scope, stakeholders, risks, and timelines. Monitor project progress and perform regular status reporting to the management and key stakeholders. Coordinate and participate in project meetings and stakeholder communications ensuring strategic alignment and integration across projects. Ensure project resources are utilized according to project plans and budgets. Support the project teams in resolving complex project issues and risks, focusing on resolution strategies to mitigate these risks. Manage the repository of all deliverables, documentation, reports, and business correspondence. Requirements: Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or similar; 3 to 5 years of experience in a PMO role, ideally with experience in managing or coordinating BSS transformation projects; Previous experience in the telecom sector as a PMO; Prior experience with Amdocs BSS stack is highly preferable; Demonstrated ability to manage complex project plans and integrate cross-project activities; Strong proficiency in spoken and written English; Willing to Travel 1-2 week per month; Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Nice to Have: Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows. Experience fostering a cooperative work environment and coordinating with multiple teams across different time zones. Fluency in additional languages relevant to the region (e.g., Azerbaijani).
