Descrição da Função

One of our clients is looking for a Project Manager. In this role, the Cloud Solutions Project Manager will be responsible for assisting the CMO and the Azure Manager in all the activities related to the setup of the AI Innovation Factory Program, from the preparation of the physical space for launch to the organization and the management of any supporting documentation, asset/use cases repository, from communication plan to general support in specific events/activities. Responsabilities • Support the CMO and the extended team as appropriate in structuring and executing everything associated with the set up of the AI Innovation Factory physical space; • Organization and Coordination of the asset / use cases repository; • Coordination of any templates, forms and the required compliance process in support of future customers’ registrations. Workplace Lisbon, Parque das Nações Work Schedule Full time, 40 hours a week, working from 9-18:00 (lunchbreak included) Candidate Requirements • Project management experience - 3 years; • Degree in Engineering or Business Administration preferably; • Background in Consulting or IT preferably (academic or professional); • Excellent Communication skills in local language and English are a must (both verbal & written); • Highly proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; • Able to quickly learn new tools/software; • Experience in Stakeholder management (both internal and external); • Must be process oriented, organized, and pay attention to detail, yet also be flexible; • Self-motivated and able to keep up in a strategic and fast paced environment; • Independent, yet able to follow guidelines well and shows a good sense of judgment; • Experience in launching new initiatives; • Organized and task driven.
