We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead transformative projects. Position Overview As a Project Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the strategic direction of our projects while leading and coordinating the delivery of high-end residential and commercial developments. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, consistently exceeding expectations. Responsibilities - Take ownership of all aspects of project planning and execution, including timelines, budget development, HSE standards, quality assurance, and risk management; - Provide strong leadership by coordinating multidisciplinary teams such as architects, engineers, contractors, surveyors, marketing professionals, legal advisors, and public licensing authorities; - Ensure the delivery of exceptional quality standards aligned with project goals and corporate strategies; - Oversee the preparation, launch, and management of tender and contracting processes, ensuring transparency and efficiency; - Manage and negotiate contracts effectively to optimize project outcomes; - Guarantee regulatory compliance, adhering to all legal, zoning, and environmental requirements; - Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring profitability while meeting timelines and maintaining quality benchmarks; - Proactively track project progress, identify risks, and mitigate deviations to minimize impact on business objectives; - Prepare and present detailed progress reports to the Board of Directors and shareholders, offering insights and actionable recommendations; - Address challenges and delays with innovative, proactive solutions to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and project continuity. Requirements - Proven experience in project management, ideally within the real estate and construction sectors; - In-depth knowledge of residential and commercial property development processes; - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively and maintain attention to detail; - Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to manage diverse stakeholders; - Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, CAD, and BIM platforms; - Certifications such as PMP or equivalent are highly advantageous; - Familiarity with LEED and BREEAM sustainability standards is a plus; - Adaptability to shifting priorities, strong decision-making capabilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving; - Resilience under pressure and the ability to navigate challenges; - A degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management is preferred; - Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in additional languages is highly valued.
