Descrição da Função

Profile: - Background in project management with hands-on involvement in ERP-driven finance initiatives; - Experience contributing to or leading workstreams within finance transformation or financial systems programs; - Practical exposure to ERP platforms, ideally Oracle Fusion Financials, within structured delivery environments; - Ability to work closely with finance teams and stakeholders across accounting, controlling, FPeA, and reporting; - Experience coordinating external vendors, systems integrators, or delivery partners; - Working knowledge of project delivery frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, or blended approaches; - Strong organisational skills, including planning, tracking progress, and managing risks and dependencies; - Comfortable operating in dynamic environments where priorities may evolve; - Capable of preparing clear status updates and structured materials for senior stakeholders; - Professional fluency in English. Responsabilities: - Support and manage the delivery of ERP and finance transformation initiatives across multiple workstreams; - Coordinate project activities between finance, technology, and external implementation partners; - Maintain project plans, timelines, and delivery milestones, ensuring transparency and accountability; - Track risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where appropriate and supporting resolution; - Contribute to key delivery phases such as design, build, testing, data migration, and go-live preparation; - Facilitate regular project meetings, status reporting, and stakeholder communications; - Ensure alignment with finance processes, governance standards, and control requirements; - Assist in managing budgets, resources, and vendor deliverables; - Help drive decision-making by providing structured insights and clear progress reporting; - Support transition to business-as-usual following deployment.
