Adecco Recruitment is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to join our clients team. You will play a critical role in ensuring the software our client develops is bug-free, safe, and performs well under all necessary conditions.   Responsibilities - Develop and execute test plans for car infotainment Applications to ensure their quality and safety. - Perform automated and manual testing to identify and address software defects. - Conduct performance testing to optimize the performance of Applications under various conditions. - Debug and troubleshoot issues, collaborating with development teams for timely resolutions. - Closely collaborate with OEM engineering teams to test Apps on car infotainment systems early and continuously. - Ensure that software meets all necessary safety and regulatory standards. - Test Applications on car infotainment systems and high-fidelity emulators. - Continuously monitor and assess software performance, suggesting improvements as needed. Key Skills - Test planning and strategy development for car infotainment applications. - Proficiency in both automated and manual testing methodologies. - Experience in performance testing to ensure optimal app performance. - Debugging skills to identify and resolve issues. - Familiarity with automotive regulations to ensure compliance. - Strong ability to test Apps directly on car infotainment systems and high-fidelity emulators; - Creating automated test suites to exercise Mobile applications with tools like Cucumber, Selenium, Robot Framework or another automation framework.   Qualifications - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience in software quality assurance for car infotainment App development. - Strong knowledge of test planning and execution for automotive Applications. - Proficiency in automated and manual testing methodologies. - Experience in performance testing to ensure optimal App performance. - Familiarity with debugging techniques and issue resolution. - Knowledge of automotive regulations and safety standards. - Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with all the internal teams, partners & OEM clients   Language Requirements - Proficiency in English is mandatory. - Proficiency in French and German is a plus.
