Descrição da Função

Profile: - At least 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, ideally across frontend and backend systems; - Strong grasp of QA methodologies, test case development, defect tracking and planning; - Practical experience with automated UI testing (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium); - Comfortable with API and performance/load testing and working within CI/CD pipelines; - Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills with a pragmatic approach; - Exposure to regulated environments or compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO) is a plus; - Hands-on experience with accessibility testing, performance auditing or security compliance will be valued; - Contributions to QA tooling, open-source projects, or testing communities is advantageous; - Availability to travel occasionaly to the office in Lisbon - Fluency in English. Responsibilities: - Design and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy aligned with internal standards and customer expectations; - Define and uphold quality standards in collaboration with engineering, product and design teams; - Develop and maintain test plans, automated suites and performance benchmarks; - Track and analyse quality metrics to proactively identify areas for improvement; - Champion automation and best practices in agile software development; - Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams to scale test environments and pipelines; - Lead bug tracking, test documentation and resolution processes; - Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and industry standards.
