Descrição da Função

"ROLE: Ensure that products comply with established quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements Perform quality control inspections on raw materials, products in production, and finished goods to verify compliance with food safety and quality standards Record and maintain quality control documentation for raw materials, in-process production, and finished products Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, internal procedures, and the Document Management System Evaluate and oversee suppliers of materials and/or finished products Support the preparation and maintenance of food certifications, including ISO 9001, ISO 22000, IFS Food, among others QUALIFICATIONS: Higher education in Food Industry, Chemistry, Quality, Science, or Laboratory Sciences/Techniques 1–2 years' professional experience in the food industry Training and/or experience in HACCP, ISO 22000, and IFS Food Highly detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and committed to maintaining high quality standards OFFER: Opportunity to play an important role in the company's success and positively impact consumers Competitive salary according to demonstrated experience Employee discounts, health insurance, gym membership, and additional benefits On-site position in Cacém – Sintra Zumub is committed to fostering equal opportunities and welcomes applications from all qualified individuals, regardless of gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, race, religion, or belief."
