A indústria de transportes por ar de passageiros, correio e carga por meio de serviços regulares ou por afretamento assim como a prestação a terceiros de serviços de assistência em escala e o exercício de auto-assistência em escala no domínio do transporte aéreo, a manutenção em aeronaves, quer a aeronaves próprias, quer a aeronaves de terceiros, realizar formação de técnicos de certificação de manutenção de aeronaves, a compra e venda de aeronaves, assim como as respectivas peças e acessórios, o arrendamento de aeronaves a outras companhias em regime de casco nú ou em qualquer outra modalidade, a prestação de serviços de assistência técnica e planificação económica no ramo aéreo a terceiros incluindo,nomeadamente, companhias aéreas, realizar formação de pessoal aeronáutico de cabine, ministrar instrução de conhecimentos teóricos e de voo exclusivamente para a emissão de licenças de pilotos e todas e quaisquer actividades que, directa ou indirectamente, se relacionem com o transporte aéreo.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer - Compliance to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on critical quality and compliance tasks, including audits, training, and certification processes, within a fast-paced and innovative environment. Responsibilities: • Prepare, conduct, and follow up on Quality and Compliance audits • Integrate Quality, Compliance, and IOSA systems, and monitor tasks associated with these systems • Develop and revise departmental manuals and standard • Plan and deliver training sessions within the department • Collaborate on aircraft certification processes • Assist in preparing application processes for aircraft leasing operations • Analyze and apply relevant legislation • Manage and coordinate training processes Requirements: • Degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical, or Quality Engineering • Minimum 1 or more years of experience in preparing, conducting, and following up on Quality/Compliance and IOSA audits • Proficient in monitoring Quality, Compliance, and IOSA requirements • Previous professional experience in the aviation industry and auditing is an advantage • Willingness to travel as required • Strong time management skills; organized, methodical, and persistent • Demonstrates assertiveness, cordiality, prioritization, common sense, and punctuality in all situations • Ability to work effectively as part of a team • Capability to work under pressure and meet goals • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite • Immediate availability for employment Benefits: • Dynamic Work Environment: Work in a team dedicated to innovation and excellence • Professional Development: Continuous learning and development opportunities • Competitive Benefits Package: Includes health insurance, life insurance, and other attractive benefits Join us and take your career to new heights by contributing to the excellence and safety of the aviation industry!
