What You’ll Do: As an R&D Project Consultant, you’ll act as a bridge between technology and strategy. Your role focuses on documenting and structuring innovation projects, from funding applications to internal proposals, working closely with engineers, product leads, and external partners to ensure quality and impact. Responsibilities: Support, structure, and document internal innovation and technology projects; Lead internal project follow-up by defining and tracking OKRs, MVPs, and key milestones; Produce clear and structured technical documentation, proposals, and deliverables; Identify relevant funding and fiscal incentive opportunities (e.g., SIFIDE, PRR, PT2030) and support the preparation of applications; Monitor project progress, compile reports, and coordinate across teams; Ensure outputs meet quality standards, are technically accurate, and aligned with strategic goals. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; Proven experience supporting or managing innovation, technology-driven projects, or R&D projects; Experience in the broadcast, media, or software industry is a strong plus; Strong technical writing and documentation skills; Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured project deliverables; Excellent communication, collaboration, and coordination abilities; Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written); Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset; Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
