Noesis is looking for a React Tech Lead to integrate its internal Low-Code Solutions Area. Main Tasks and Responsibilities: * You will manage a team of technical resources and develop/implement React solutions for different industry sectors and interact with different backend technologies; * You will lead a dynamic team with members of different levels of expertise and experience; * Manage tasks and team to get maximum proficiency; * Test and prepare demonstrations; * Ensure technical success and deliver quality. Profile: * Degree or Master in Computer Science, Management Informatics or similar; * Experience exceeding 4 years in React projects (both web and mobile); * Experience exceeding 6 years in Front-End projects; * Valued experience in other frameworks projects (both web and mobile); * Valued experience in backend technologies; * Leadership skills; * Good communication skills; * Good technical knowledge of integration with other systems; * Critical spirit and good logical reasoning; * Team spirit and good communication skills; * Fluent in English (mandatory).
