Our aim is to help and inspire small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to have successful communications by changing the way they develop and implement their marketing strategy. Role: Conducting the Recruitment Process from A to Z; Searching for and selecting candidates for the recruitment process, both through headhunting and advertisements on job sites, but also at events, job fairs and others; Compile candidate databases to effectively identify the profiles required; Implementing recruitment and selection strategies; Maintaining and updating applicant tracking systems, producing performance metrics reports during the recruitment and selection process.
