Descrição da Função
The Galileu Group is recruiting a Retail Manager for a prestigious perfumes and cosmetic brand in Portugal. Here we appreciate the passion for the art of makeup/cosmetics/skincare as well as a sense of responsibility for organization/time management, sensitivity for teamwork, training and sales. Main Responsibilities: Representation and development of the company brands in Portugal; Development of the turnover and brands awareness in the country: • Retail sales turnover - Set up and achieve sales targets for your stores; Develop turnover following commercial and marketing strategy & guidelines; Develop partnership with retailer, store managers and Retailer staff on the shop floor; Negotiate local additional retail opportunity (EStore, CRM, instore, events, training…) • Training and PR Events - Be the training manager of your market; Ensure perfect brand and product knowledge of own instore staff; Guide, inspire and motivate Sephora teams in store; Implement instore training to Sephora staff and share sales techniques; Organize special artistry training; Organize PR event with influencers/ press editors; • Reporting - Deliver a detailed monthly report for your country; Deliver reports on each event/animation organized; Give feedback on events, launches & trade/communication plans implemented; Monitor competitor activities (events, trade, merchandizing, opening…); • Merchandising - Apply merchandising strategy and guidelines in each door; Ensure proper merchandising updates 4 times per year; Ensure that each POS has the correct testers and gondolas are clean. What we are looking for: • At least 3 years of experience in retail management; • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking; • Knowledge of cosmetic industry is a strong asset; • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the Beauty industry; • Eficiente people managements skills, whit the ability to train, develop and mentor team; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, whit the ability to build relationships with internal/external stakeholders; • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects and priorities; • Fluente in English compulsory; • Driving license – mandatory. Salary package: • According with the skills and experience; Basic Salary + Bonus + Expenses
